ERGYOMEGA Omega-3 is based on a formula comprising 100% wild-caught fish oils. Guaranteed to be non-esterified, our oil preserves the natural structure of the fatty acids to ensure superior bioavailability and quality.
This food supplement is high in omega-3s (EPA and DHA). Omega-3s are polyunsaturated fatty acids classified as essential, as the human body is unable to produce them itself; they must therefore be obtained through a balanced diet or appropriate supplementation. At a dose of 250 mg per day, omega-3s help maintain normal heart function.
To preserve the quality and stability of our formula, we have added vitamin E, which is recognised for its antioxidant properties. It helps to protect cells against oxidative stress and also protects oils from oxidation.
