Natural defences

Bacteria, viruses… To recognise and then fight them, there are billions of mobile cells, hundreds of ganglions spread throughout the body. One organ is especially active in this defensive role as it hosts 70% of the defence cells and produces 90% of the antibodies: the intestine!

Its flora also collaborate in the defence process against microbial invasion: the barrier effect. All these systems are weakened by repeated stress, climatic conditions, unbalanced nutrition and with age.

So, in order to support the defence mechanisms, add to your menu specific lactic ferments, echinacea, grapefruit seeds and other plants that target the body's general immunity or that of the respiratory tracts, not to forget vitamins and trace elements.

Heeding the precautions of use, take essential oils with aromatic molecules which purify the atmosphere and enhance respiratory comfort.
