There's no effective sport without adequate nutrition, both qualitatively and quantitatively, in order to maintain blood sugar levels and sufficient glycogen reserves, in order to replace water and mineral losses and to eliminate acid and free-radical waste. Otherwise disorders will build up in the medium to long term: cramp, sleeping problems, chronic fatigue... which may lead to exhaustion.

The intake of minerals, vitamins and proteins, in accordance with the athlete's requirements, will enable them to exceed themselves and to respect their body.
