BAR’ERGY is an effort bar that is 100 % ORGANIC and a natural source of plant-based carbohydrates, minerals and vitamin C.
BAR’ERGY is a mixture of seeds (sesame and sunflower), raisins and dried apricots, to provide energy throughout the effort. Its delicious, soft, melting texture combines pleasure and indulgence with good digestibility.
When is it recommended ?
BAR’ERGY is particularly well suited throughout any sustained effort, in complement to an EFFORT drink, or ahead of a low-intensity effort.
