Description
ERGYNUTRIL is a range of whey protein-rich preparations with particularly delicious flavours (vanilla or cocoa). Designed for people who want to supplement their diet, it provides a sufficient daily supply of amino acids and proteins, the essential building blocks of muscle and tissue.
ERGYNUTRIL, 2 products scientifically developed from un-denatured whey protein isolate, with natural flavours, no colouring and no sweeteners for maximum naturalness. Rich in protein (80% per portion) and just 3.3 g/dose of carbohydrates, the formulas are enhanced by the presence of 6 vitamins and 5 minerals, and enriched with glutamine.
ERGYNUTRIL proteins are particularly suitable for a variety of situations:
- when muscle mass declines (over the age of 50, during long periods of immobility)
- when needs are greater (from the age of 50, muscles need more protein to maintain muscle mass), protein helps to increase and maintain muscle mass.

When is it recommended ?
ERGYNUTRIL vanilla or cacao may be taken cold or warm, with a meal or as a snack between meals.

Vanilla flavour:
Whey isolate (emulsifiers: soya and sunflower lecithin) (milk)[EU origin], cane sugar, natural flavourings, potassium carbonate, magnesium citrate, L-glutamine, vitamins B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (nicotinamide), B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), B9 (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), B12 (cyanocobalamin), zinc sulphate, potassium iodate, chromium chloride.
May contain traces of egg, gluten, mustard, fish, celery and nuts.
Cocoa flavour:

Instructions for use
Mix 30g of powder (i.e. 3 level cups) in 80 mL of water or milk, then shake vigorously in a shaker. Repeat or double the dose if necessary. With its vanilla or cocoa flavour, ERGYNUTRIL can be consumed cold or warm, at breakfast and/or with meals. Drink 1.5 to 2 litres of water a day. Cup included.
Use immediately after it is prepared. Keep out of the reach of children and in a dry location at < 25°C.
Not to be used as a replacement for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
