Description
ERGYTONIC® Boost is an innovative complex of 10 active ingredients including 2 adaptogenic plants, 1 amino acid, 5 vitamins and 2 minerals.
The formula combines ginseng and guarana for their adaptogenic and energising properties, B-group vitamins, vitamin C and magnesium known to help reduce tiredness, and zinc to protect cells from oxidative stress.
When is it recommended ?
ERGYTONIC® Boost may be recommended to combat tiredness during periods of intense activity and in the event of physical and mental fatigue.
Ingredients
Guarana extract (Paullinia cupana Kunth, maltodextrin, plant-derived caffeine), L-tyrosine, ginseng extract (Panax ginseng C.A Meyer), magnesium hydroxide, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), anti-caking agents: dicalcium phosphate, magnesium salts of fatty acids; magnesium bisglycinate, zinc gluconate, vitamins B3 (nicotinamide), B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), B2 (riboflavin) and B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
Plant-based capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose).
Extracts of EU and non-EU origin.
Instructions for use
3 capsules a day for a week then 2 capsules a day, in the morning.
Contains caffeine (60 mg / 3 capsules).
Not to be used as a replacement for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Conservation: Keep out of reach of children, at a temperature below 25 °C and in a dry place.
For adults only. Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women (ginseng, guarana), in cases of peptic ulcer, heart problems or hyperthyroidism (guarana) and for people on anti-diabetic treatment (ginseng). The advice of a healthcare professional should be sought if you are taking medication (guarana). Caffeine content = 60 mg for 3 capsules.
