ERGY 3 is an innovative combination of wild fish oils of certified quality.

These oils are rich in omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA), considered essential by the French Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety (ANSES), because human beings cannot synthesise them themselves and have to obtain them from food.

When is it recommended ?

It is recognised that 1 250 mg of EPA and DHA per day supports cardiac function. The same DHA intake helps to maintain normal vision.

Instructions for use

2 to 4 capsules per day at mealtimes.
