Benefits of the formula

The combination of potassium bicarbonate and magnesium citrate in a single formulation offers significant benefits for the body’s balance and muscle comfort. These two mineral forms have been specifically selected for their high bioavailability and their ability to influence acid-base balance, a key factor in performance and recovery.

The lemon balm in ERGYMYO flash works in synergy with the other ingredients and is a prime example of Nutergia’s excellence in plant selection. This extract is obtained using a gentle extraction process that preserves all of its natural active compounds.

How can muscle comfort be optimised?

To optimise muscle comfort, it is essential to adopt a holistic approach combining nutrition, hydration and a healthy lifestyle.

A balanced diet is your first lever of action. Eat foods high in omega-3, such as oily fish or nuts, as well as sources of antioxidants such as colourful fruit and green vegetables. These nutrients support tissue health and help minimise the discomfort associated with physical exertion. You should also ensure you have an adequate intake of magnesium and vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5 and B6, which are essential for the normal functioning of the nervous system and for relaxation.

At the same time, regular, moderate physical activity, such as walking, swimming or yoga, promotes flexibility and muscle tone without straining the muscle fibres. Stress management is just as important, as nervous tension often affects the muscles; relaxation techniques can be beneficial in this regard.

Taking a suitable dietary supplement such as ERGYMYO flash can complement this approach to well-being by providing a combination of minerals and plant extracts for targeted day-to-day support.
