Description
ERGYNUIT® Sommeil Fort contains plants, a high dosage of melatonin, vitamins and magnesium.
The ERGYNUIT® Sommeil Fort formula is fortified with melatonin and provides 1.9 mg per day (2 capsules). Melatonin helps you fall asleep more quickly (the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime).
ERGYNUIT® Sommeil Fort contains eschscholzia, a plant that helps improve the quality of natural sleep. This means that it reduces the time it takes to fall asleep, helps you get enough sleep, helps you wake up feeling rested and prevents you waking up during the night.
We’ve added magnesium and vitamins B5, B6, B9 and B12, including methylated vitamin B9 and B12, to enhance this formula and have a beneficial effect on reducing tiredness.

Ingredients
Magnesium hydroxide and carbonate, cherry juice powder (Prunus cerasus L.) standardised in melatonin, eschscholzia extracts (Eschscholzia californica Cham.) and passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.), bulking agents: acacia fibre, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; magnesium bisglycinate, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamins B5 (calcium D-pantothenate), B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), B9 (calcium L-methylfolate) and B12 (methylcobalamin).
Plant-based capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose).

Instructions for use
2 capsules a day, before bedtime.
It is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children, at a temperature below 25 °C and in a dry place.

Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women (eschscholzia and melatonin) or for people suffering from inflammatory or autoimmune diseases (melatonin). The advice of a healthcare professional is recommended for people suffering from epilepsy, asthma, mood, personality or behavioural disorders, or taking medication (melatonin).
