Description
ERGYNUIT® Sommeil is a formula combining melatonin, plants, vitamins and minerals.
Its balanced formula provides 1 mg of melatonin, which helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime). Melatonin also acts to help reduce the effects of jet lag (the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 0.5 mg of melatonin just before bedtime on the first day of travel, and for a few days afterwards on arrival at your destination).
Eschscholzia promotes natural sleep quality, which includes falling asleep quickly, not waking up in the night, getting enough sleep and getting restful sleep.
The addition of magnesium and vitamins B5, B6, B9 and B12 to this unique formula helps to reduce tiredness.

Ingredients
Magnesium hydroxide and carbonate, cherry juice powder (Prunus cerasus L.) standardised in melatonin, eschscholzia extracts (Eschscholzia californica Cham.) and passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.), bulking agents: acacia fibre, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; magnesium bisglycinate, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamins B5 (calcium D-pantothenate), B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), B9 (calcium L-methylfolate) and B12 (methylcobalamin). Plant-based capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose).

2 capsules a day, before bedtime.
It is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children, at a temperature below 25 °C and in a dry place.
