ERGYPHILUS® Baby to support the development of the gut microbiome
ERGYPHILUS® Baby is a food supplement comprising a unique combination of four live probiotic strains scientifically selected to help maintain the balance of the gut microbiome.
This innovative formula combines lactobacilli and bifidobacteria that have been carefully selected for their properties and are of human origin, similar to those naturally present in breast milk and the infant’s gut microbiome.
This product, from the ERGYPHILUS® probiotics range, provides 300 million bacteria per 8 drops. To ensure a maximum level, its ability to withstand gastric acid and to adhere to target mucous membranes has been demonstrated*. Furthermore, the strains, which can be reactivated, come back to life on contact with the physiological environment to colonise the microbiota and have a beneficial effect.
ERGYPHILUS® Baby also contains vitamin D3, which contributes to the normal functioning of children’s immune systems.
The ready-to-use liquid format comes with a dropper to make it easy for children to take from a very young age.

Lactobacilli and bifidobacteria are beneficial microorganisms that occur naturally in the gut microbiome. Probiotic strains colonise the infant’s gut within the first 48 hours after birth. They prepare for the arrival of other bacteria from breast milk or food when a baby starts eating solids.
When is it recommended ?
ERGYPHILUS® Baby may be recommended to help develop the microbiome by providing lactobacilli and bifidobacteria naturally present in breast milk: from the very first months, as a supplement for babies born by caesarean section and/or who are not breastfed, to support breastfed babies, or to help manage digestive sensitivities.
