ERGYPHILUS® Plus is a dietary supplement containing a unique blend of four scientifically selected live probiotic strains, as well as vitamins B3 and C.
This innovative formula combines lactobacilli and bifidobacteria that have been carefully selected for their properties and are of human origin, similar to those naturally present in the gut microbiome. By colonising the digestive tract, probiotics thus help to maintain the balance of the gut microbiota.
This product, from the ERGYPHILUS® probiotics range, contains 16 billion bacteria per 2 capsules. Its ability to withstand gastric acid and to adhere to target mucous membranes has been demonstrated*. Furthermore, the strains, which can be reactivated, come back to life on contact with the physiological environment and have a beneficial effect.

Limit your intake of ultra-processed foods and refined sugar, which encourage the growth of pathogenic bacteria. It is essential to stay hydrated and get 7 to 8 hours of restorative sleep, which also boosts immunity and supports digestive health. During times of stress, ensure you practise good hand hygiene.
When travelling abroad, start taking ERGYPHILUS® Plus a few days before your departure and continue taking it throughout your trip. Do not drink tap water or eat raw food in high-risk areas.
